We work in engineering, defining the best way to produce a given item, all with the aim of supplying the Customer with the finished product to the best of what can be achieved at the current state of the art.

With this vision we have set up a system for tracing and controlling every aspect, which allows us to maintain a very high quality level. In order to maintain and continuously improve this system, we have made it dynamic. Management is online, on a proprietary cloud system holding all company documents, updated in real time and available to every member of staff.

Our mission:

• compliance with health, safety and environmental laws, standards and regulations, and maintenance of high sector standards;
• promotion of the development of integrated health, safety and environmental processes and management systems;
• greater involvement of workers;
• satisfying our Customers by exceeding their expectations through a continuous and constant exchange of information;
• managing inefficiencies with the on-time involvement of all those concerned, in order to improve the level of satisfaction and profit;
• social responsibility towards the context in which we operate;
• the continuous pursuit of improvement in processes and products, so as always to operate at the best state of the art;
• risk management: analysing risks and opportunities in order to mitigate possible negative consequences while at the same time seizing occasions that may lead to improved company performance. Constant mitigation of risks and continuous improvement in performance through the promotion of responsible behaviour.

To achieve these objectives, the management undertakes to:

• adopt safe and healthy working conditions for the prevention of work-related injuries and ill health, including through the application of internal rules and procedures;
• adopt dedicated prevention and training programmes;
• consult and involve workers;
• promote awareness of environmental risks and the adoption of responsible behaviour by all staff;
• define and pursue objectives of continuous improvement in environmental, health and safety performance and of reduction of environmental impacts;
• adopt with determination innovative and sustainable strategies to protect the environment in a way that promotes the prevention of pollution;
• keep processes and their risks under control, planning their acceptability in a structured and dynamic manner;
• provide continuous and constant internal and external training on quality and company organisation for all staff. Training targeted at specific topics for individual functions according to need. General training to raise the cultural level and encourage the continuous improvement of each employee’s individual skills;
• disseminate the Integrated Health, Safety and Environment Policy, its objectives and its risks;
• use internal Audits to verify and define objectives;
• make every member of staff aware of their own contribution to product quality and safety;
• seek significant, highly professional Customers;
• develop partnership with Customers, aimed at improving products.

The Policy set out above is implemented by the Management, which undertakes to support it, to disseminate it and to verify that it is applied.
